Small Van

Load space: 2.3-3.3m3
A small van is the perfect hire when you have a small load to move. Ideal as a medium-term rental for trades people or couriers doing deliveries, and equally useful for anyone who has to collect or drop off an appliance such as a washing machine or dishwasher.

Medium Van

Load space: 5-6.5m3
A medium van is a good choice if you want to move a 2-seater sofa or the contents of a small room, so ideal for moving a student to/from uni in a day. You'll easily fit a bed and mattress as well as a desk and chair, a couple of large suitcases and a few boxes.

A large size van is suitable for moving a 1-bed flat or bedsit. It will fit a small sofa and armchair, bookshelves, a small dining table and two chairs, a double bed and mattress, and a selection of suitcases and boxes, in one go.

The extra large van will handle moving a 2-bed flat or small house. It will comfortably fit a couple of sofas, two double beds (disassembled) and mattresses, bookshelves, a dining table and 4 chairs, a fridge-freezer and assorted luggage.

The Luton van's long wheelbase (LWB) and large box-shaped load area makes it easy to stack boxes and will take the contents of a 2/3-bed flat or house. The Luton doesn't need a special licence so is ideal for people managing their house move themselves.

The Luton with tail-lift is the workhorse of removal vans. It has all the qualities of the standard Luton box van, but with a tail-lift, making it perfect for moving heavy items of furniture without hurting your back.

Insurance Included

Damage waiver is included in the cost of your hire. You have the option to purchase additional protection products to reduce your excess further, for complete peace of mind.

Pick-up Service

If you can't easily get to our branch, we can come and pick you up* and take you there, we'll then drop you back after you've returned the van.

*Only within 10 miles of the branch

Van FAQs

All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years old. Only drivers over 30 years old may rent Full-Size MPVs and Luton vans.

  • Valid ID showing you are 25+ to rent a van and 30+ to rent a Luton van 
  • Credit or debit card

A deposit is compulsory – at Enterprise it’s fixed at £200 for vans. The deposit funds are taken from the driver’s payment card and held throughout the duration of the hire. The deposit is refundable provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition

Yes. We accept payment by either a debit or credit card in the name of the renter. 

Yes. All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location from where it was collected will be subject to a fee which can vary by location, van category and pick up date.

The fee will be displayed upon entering  the desired route, van category and rental dates. If the vehicle is returned to a different location without prior agreement by the rental branch then a drop off fee will be added to the rental agreement upon return.
