How much is a PCN?
The cost of a PCN is dependent on the issuing agency. At the time a PCN is first issued you will have 14 days to pay the reduced amount of the fine, after this time the PCN will increase and the full amount of the fine will be due. If the reduced amount is unpaid after 14 days, a Notice to Owner/Keeper will then be issued to the registered keeper at which stage the cost of the fine will be higher.
