After the luggage collection area, exit the arrival gate and take left  and walk staright for about 55m until you find an elevator/escalator (past Gate 4) and go one floor down. Enterprise counter will be located the 7th counter on your right hand.

Hiring a car at Riyadh King Khalid Intl. Airport - Terminal 5 (RUH)

You'll find Enterprise Rent-a-Car within the parking area as you leave Terminal 5. It's easy to pick up your vehicle and drive away. If you're flying into a different terminal, you're in luck - there are more branches of Enterprise Rent-a-Car at other parts of the airport.

Terminal 5 is approximately 35 km from the centre of Riyadh. Getting downtown by car hire in King Khalid International Airport T5 will take you around 45 minutes, though it depends on traffic. You can choose to take either King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Road or the Airport Road. Both are more or less the same distance. The airport is to the north of the city, and all terminals are located fairly close together within a large single complex.

With car or van hire in King Khalid International Airport T5, you'll soon see how easy it is to get around Riyadh. The city has a simple grid layout with a series of convenient ring roads. The two most important arteries to be aware of are King Fahad Road and the North Ring Road. The former runs from north to south, the latter from east to west.

King Khalid International Airport serves the city of Riyadh in Central Saudi Arabia. If you wish to travel to other parts of the country, you'll find a modern, well-maintained network of highways. However, you will need to keep in mind the fact that distances between cities can be very large. Plan your route carefully, so you know where you'll be stopping along the way.

Rental Policies

First additional driver free with 50 SAR per day fee applicable for extra additional drivers. Full rental conditions apply to additional drivers and the additional driver must be present at the time of rental.

Minimum age to rent is 23 years old for car groups Economy to Compact, 25 for Intermediate and Midsize and 30 for Standard and above. No young driver fee applies. Maximum Age to rent is 70 years old.

Cross Border is allowed for specific categories of Travelers.
1) Cross Border to United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman, is only permitted for Nationals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all permanent residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (who have a Valid Residency Permit, a valid SAUDI ARABIAN Driver’s License and already registered in ABSHER Government system)
2) Cross Border Fees (CBF): SAR 70 per authorization letter for: United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman (Point 1 Criteria to be met). Prior consent from Enterprise Rent A Car is essential before cross border travel can be agreed. If customer travels abroad without informing the company accordingly, the full responsibility for any financial obligation - accident, breakdown, fines etc. will lie with the renter. All fees quoted exclude VAT and local surcharges.
3) All other customers, visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a Visit, Family, Tourist or Business Visa and who do not have an active registration in Absher Government System, cannot be issued a cross border Permit with the rental vehicle.

CDW - Collision Damage Waiver provides excess coverage for damage applied to the body of the vehicle. It does not cover damage to tires, windshields or the underbody of the vehicle during the rental. In case of vehicle accident/damage, a police report should be provided of the incident and rental will be responsible with an excess amount which ranges from 2000 SR - 5000 SR depending on the vehicle group.

One-Way Rentals are available between rental locations in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Drop charge fees apply for one-way travel and are quoted at the time of reservation. 

All vehicles are delivered with a half tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition.  If the rental vehicle is returned with less than a half tank of fuel, the renter will be charged a refueling service fee of 1 SAR per liter of fuel.

Acceptable Methods of Payment are Credits cards AMEX, Visa, MasterCard and all cards on the Saudi Payments Network SPAN, Vouchers and Cash when supported with a valid credit card are accepted. Deposits- Deposits with credit cards are accepted with the amounts based on the estimated cost of the rental. Cash deposits are also accepted with a supporting credit card. 

Renter Requirements- Drivers license must have been held for at least one year. Holders of an International Driving License are required to also show their Passport with visitors visa at the time of rental as an additional form of ID. Other acceptable forms of ID alongside a valid driving license is an Iqama Long-term Visa and Business Card. Visitors holding Umrah or and Haj visas are prohibited to rent as per Saudi law.

Third Party Liability coverage is included in all rates and provides cover for third parties and property in the event of an accident up to the coverage limit of SAR 10,000,000 - 10 million Saudi Riyals. A police report is mandatory in the event of an accident and a deductible amount of SAR 1500 will apply.
