How Can I Get a Copy of My Rental Car Receipt?
Receipts are only available online for six months, beginning 48 hours after you have returned the vehicle.
If you cannot locate your receipt, it is always a good idea to:
- Verify that you selected the correct country
- Verify that your driver's licence number is correct
- Verify that your name was spelled correctly
- Review your rental contract and confirm the licence number on the contract and the name on the contract matches your entry.
If you require a receipt for a rental which was more than six months ago, you will need to contact the office that you rented the vehicle from and they can send you a copy of your receipt.
If your rental was within the last six months and you are still having difficulty finding your receipt, please call 0800 111 4312 to speak to a customer service specialist or contact the renting location directly.
