How is damage measured?

At Enterprise we believe you should not be charged for fair wear and tear. We use our Damage Evaluator tool to ensure that you are not charged for every little scratch.

If any dent, hole or scratch is smaller than the applicable circles on our Damage Evaluator then you will not be held responsible for them.

If any damage occurs to your rental vehicle then please contact your rental branch or follow the instructions provided within your rental agreement summary.
