Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to and shall govern the way in which the promotional offer “Balearic One Way Campaign – Summer 2023” (the “Offer”) is executed, delivered, or otherwise carried out by Enterprise Spain – Autotransporte Turístico Español, S.A. (“Enterprise-Rent-A-Car”). Customers wishing to participate in the Offer (the “Renters” or individually, “Renter”) acknowledge, confirm, and explicitly agree to application of these Terms and Conditions to the Offer and to the corresponding, advertised Enterprise-Rent-A-Car service.
The Offer applies to rentals of Mini Car Class vehicles, subject to availability, which are arranged from one of Enterprise-Rent-A-Car participating pick-up locations in the Balearic Islands of Mallorca, Menorca, or Ibiza to one of the participating drop-off locations in mainland, peninsular Spain.
Rentals of vehicles other than Min Car Class vehicles and/or arranged from locations other than the pick-up and drop-off locations listed above, are not eligible to participate in the Offer. Pick-up and drop-off locations cannot be modified after booking.
In addition, to qualify under the Offer, rentals must be (i) one-way rentals; and (ii) booked in advance, with pick-up and drop-off dates between 19/08/2023 and 30/09/2023.
Rentals eligible to participate in the Offer are subject to a daily rate of TEN EUROS (€10) per rental.
Mileage is unlimited. One Way discounted rates may also be available to rentals of vehicles also available for Economy through Compact car classes, subject to availability. Visit https://www.enterprise.es/es/home.html for most current rates.
Every rental under the Offer is subject to the Rental Terms and Conditions (the “Rental Agreement”) applicable to all rentals in Spain and which can be found in the following link: https://www.enterprise.co.uk/en/business-car-hire/rental-agreements.html. Offer is subject to vehicle availability at time of booking.
All eligible Renters must meet the relevant standard driver and credit requirements.
Subject to the Offer, Enterprise-Rent-A-Car authorises the Renter to move the vehicle from the selected pick-up location in the Balearic Islands of Mallorca, Menorca, or Ibiza, to the selected drop-off location in mainland Spain.
Transportation of the vehicle from the pick-up location to the drop-off location will be and remain the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Renter until return of the vehicle. By participating in the Offer, Renters agree to select, contract, and ultimately make use of means of transportation that are legal, suitable, and which can guarantee the safety, integrity, and good condition of the vehicle. Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, or its employees, may require from the Renter, before delivery of the vehicle, details and/or documents related to the method of transportation, and where those details and/or documents are not produced by the Renter, or where the method of transportation is deemed patently unsuitable, Enterprise-Rent-A-Car may cancel the reservation without incurring in any responsibility towards the Renter. Lack of a request for details or, having requested them, lack of a declaration from Enterprise-Rent-A-Car will not be construed as confirmation by Enterprise-Rent-A-Car of the suitability of the chosen method of transportation.
