Follow signs to the baggage claim area and through customs. Walk to the passenger exit and proceed to the National/Enterprise/Alamo counter # 8 in the arrival hall. An agent at this counter will assist you and guide you to a convenient shuttle that will take you to the main office to pick up your vehicle and complete the rental agreement.
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. All additional drivers must appear at the rental counter, present their driver's license, and sign the rental agreement. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any time during the rental but only at the pick-up location. Spouses or domestic partners who meet the same age and driver's license requirements as the main driver can be added as additional driver free of charge. An additional driver fee of 7.99 USD per day applies. The maximum fee is 80.00 USD.
After-Hours Pick-up

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 25. There is no maximum rental age. Young drivers may rent all vehicles. A young driver fee of 6.99 USD per day applies to all renters between the age of 21 and 24.
Driving restricted within the island of St. Maarten only
Collision Damage Waiver - Theft Protection (CDW-TP) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. If you purchase CDW-TP, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TP, to contractually waive your responsibility for the cost of damage to or theft of the vehicle, after the deductible of up to $1,500.00 USD, depending on car class. If CDW-TP is declined, the renter is responsible for the full cost of damage to or the value of the vehicle.
Please be aware that most auto insurance policies from outside St. Maarten do not provide coverage in St. Maarten. Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customers personal auto insurance coverage. The customer should contact their insurance company in advance of the pickup date for the rental with any questions regarding their specific coverage.
Customer must pre-arrange delivery or collection of vehicle by calling the location 24 hrs in advance.
Delivery/Collection is available at no additional cost for 0-2 miles.
Delivery/Collection is available at a cost of $25.00 USD for 2 miles and beyond.
One-way rentals are not permitted at this time.

Enterprise Protection Package (EPP) is a packaged product that includes Collision Damage Waiver - Theft Protection (CDW-TP), Deductible Protection (DP), Third Party Liability (TPL), and Roadside Assistance Plus (RAP) at a discounted price. APP is not insurance. If you purchase APP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss, or theft of the vehicle, and up to the policy limits for damages and injuries to third parties during the rental period, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement.
No deductible applies.
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay Enterprise at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 50% surcharge will apply.
Option 2- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.
All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), traveler checks, prepaid cards, cash, debit cards and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 750 USD for all vehicle categories.
All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. Electronic or digital driving licenses are not accepted. No additional photo ID is required. A valid credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. An international driving permit is not required. Renters who do not reside in the country of rental must provide accommodation information.
Third Party Liability (TPL) is not insurance. The purchase of TPL is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. Customers can obtain coverage for damages and injuries to third parties under the local rental car company's insurance by purchasing its TPL protection. TPL provides you with liability coverage for all accident-related expenses pertaining third parties and for damages to third party vehicles, up to the policy limits, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate TPL.
