To pick up your key, please go to our Enterprise-branded key cabinet, located near the exit of the arrivals hall.
You will receive a link from our vendor partner, Sharebox, that will prompt you for your driving licence information, including a picture of the front and back of the driving licence document. Once submitted, you will receive a location ID to retrieve your rental keys.
Please note that the station is unmanned during your pick-up time and it is therefore vital that your rental agreement is signed and all payment authorisations are completed prior to your arrival. Therefore, please complete the check-in process via the link received in your pre-check-in email, 48 hours prior to pick-up.
All information is required including: full name, home address, phone number, email address, driving licence information and credit card details.
Additional protections and products will be available during the pre-check-in.
An authorisation will be made on your credit card consisting of 5,000 DKK on the contract plus additional charges (if any). If this is a company-paid agreement, no authorisation will be needed. The rental agreement will be sent to your email for you to sign.
Please review our rental agreement and Terms and Conditions before signing.
Please note that your reservation is not confirmed unless all of the above requirements have been met and you have received the final signed rental agreement by email.
You will receive a link from our vendor partner, Sharebox, that will prompt you for your driving licence information, including a picture of the front and back of the driving licence document. Once submitted, you will receive a location ID to retrieve your rental keys.
There will be an additional charge of 50 DKK per day including VAT for each additional authorized driver. All rental conditions apply to each additional driver. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter with a valid drivers licence.
Follow the signs for car rental returns. Park the car in an available Enterprise-marked parking space in the same parking area as at pick-up.
To drop off your key, please use the same key cabinet as at pick-up and tap in the registration number of your rental car. A box will open — drop the key in and close the box.
The final invoice will be sent to your email within 48 working hours.
Important information: We provide 24/7 returns for travellers' convenience. Please note that depositing the keys in the drop box does not constitute the end of the rental. You remain liable for any damages until an Enterprise employee takes possession of the vehicle and keys within 48 hours.
