This discount offer (“Offer”) is offered by Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Limited (“Enterprise”), a company registered under the laws of England with principal place of business at Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW20 9FB, contact e-mail. This Offer is valid during the Offer Period and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, this offer does not apply to any additional charges including optional excess waiver, one way hire charges, fuel charges, young driver charges, hire of additional items including but not limited to child seats, snow chains, roof racks and navigation guides.
  3. This Offer entitles you to 20% off the base vehicle hire rate on the rental rates made at the time of reservation during the (“Offer Period") (23 December 2025 – 28 February 2026).
  4. This Offer is valid for van rentals only between 29 December 2025 –28 February 2026, when you book via the App Deal or www.enterprise.co.uk/en/car-hire/deals/winter-vans.html.
  5. This offer does not apply to car rentals, Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, Enterprise Car Club or Enterprise Exotics vehicles.
  6. Any reservation must meet our standard age, driver and credit requirements and we reserve the right to decline any reservation on such grounds. Other age restrictions and young driver fees may apply by rental country, see website at www.enterprise.co.uk for full details.
  7. This Offer is available at participating Enterprise locations across the UK and Ireland.
  8. This Offer is valid for reservations made during the Offer Period as set out above and does not apply to Rental Periods exceeding 27 days.
  9. This Offer applies to van classes only and is subject to vehicle availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, coupon, discounted rate in respect of any previous or existing reservations. This promotion cannot be applied retrospectively.
  10. This Offer and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.
  11. This Offer and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by European law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you are resident in the European Union you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in either the English courts or the courts of the European Union member state in which you are resident.
  12. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including the paragraph above, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
